- The NPC records your IP, account, and character. The free menu will not appear again.

Step-by-step
- Equip a starter item or Ru Gold weapon. The NPC scans slots 1–10 and uses the first supported piece.
- Talk to Starter Master and choose Enchant Equipment.
- He shows the item name, cost, and your current 3 options if any.
- Need 10,000 Zeny. Confirm Reroll 3 Options.
- If you swap the equipped item mid-talk, no Zeny is taken.
- Three different option IDs are rolled, each with a value from 5 to 10, then written to the item.
